How can I place an order?
Please start by browsing our products and adding your desired items to your basket. You will need to register with us so we can know who you are and where to send your items.
How can I pay for my order?
At the moment you can pay for your order using Paypal. Paypal allows you to make payments using your Paypal account or entering your card details safely on their websites. It accepts Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta and Solo. There are no extra charges.
If you are paying in any other currency apart Pounds, Paypal automatically converts the amount into Pounds using the current market rate.
If you are in Nigeria, once you’ve placed your order, we will get in touch with you to confirm it and give you our account number to pay into. Your goods will be dispatched on receipt of payment.
What size should i order?

How long does delivery take?
Orders to addresses within the UK are expected to arrive within 2 – 3 working days after payment.
Orders to other countries in Europe will arrive between 5 – 7 working days after payment.
Orders to countries outside Europe will arrive between 7 to 10 working days after payment.
Nigerian customers will receive their orders within 2 – 3 working days after confirmation of payment.
If you want your order to arrive even quicker, please contact us, we might be able to make quicker arrangements but at an extra cost.
Do you have a returns policy?
Yes, please return your item within 14 days in the same condition in which it was sent and we will refund your money immediately. Please note that we do not refund P & P.
How can I order a report?
Please add the report to your basket and check out as usual.
Can you provide customised reports?
Yes we can! We carry out tailored research on behalf of organisations and business. Sometimes, we already have the relevant data which can be queried to give the information required or we carry out the research from scratch. Please contact us for a discussion of your exact needs.
Do you have discounts on your reports?
Discounts are available for students and non-profit organisations. For other clients, we do have sales on a regular basis which you can take advantage of.
Do you have discount on your maternity wear?
If this is your first order, you can get a 5% discount if you subscribe to our newsletter. We also have regular discounts on our items; this will be displayed against the relevant products.
You might also be eligible for discounts if you participate in our surveys and/or competitions.
